David Chen

David heads Solvane's performance and profitability practice, giving leadership teams the visibility and tools to improve financial results. He spent twelve years in corporate finance and FP&A roles before moving into consulting, including five years as VP of Finance at a specialty distribution company in Dallas.

His work includes KPI development, management reporting design, margin analysis, pricing strategy, and forecasting. David helps founders and CFOs move from flying blind to running the business with discipline and data.
