James leads Solvane's operations practice, helping growing companies build the systems and processes that scale. Before joining Solvane, he spent a decade as COO at a Texas-based software company, taking it from 40 to 200 employees while improving delivery speed and margins.

His work focuses on workflow design, capacity planning, operating model development, and technology planning. James is known for translating complex operational challenges into practical, phased improvement plans that teams can actually execute.
